Pricing & Plans Q&A

How does Shipbook's pricing work?

Shipbook offers various plans tailored to different needs, including a free tier. Plans are generally based on the volume of logs and data retention requirements.

What are the available plans?

Shipbook offers a free plan and 3 paid plans.

Free Plan:

  • Nano: Free Forever (Up to 100k logs/day, 1 day retention)

Paid Plans:

  • Mini: $50/month (Up to 1M logs/day, 7 days retention)
  • Midi: $150/month (Up to 5M logs/day, 30 days retention)
  • Enterprise: Starting at $300/month (15M logs/day, 30 days retention). Increases by $300 for every additional 15M logs.

For full details on what each plan includes, please visit the Pricing Page.

What happens if I go over my log limit?

Plan limits are daily. If you exceed your limit, additional logs will not be saved for the remainder of the day, but saving will resume the next day.

How can I check my current usage?

You can view your account usage in the Plan & Usage section of your account preferences. It displays a summary graph where you can see log usage for each app relative to your limit.

For more details, see the Plan & Usage.

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, admins can upgrade the account plan at any time via the "Change" icon in the Plan section.

Can I stop my plan at any time?

Yes, you can stop your plan whenever you want (on a monthly basis). We believe that flexibility is key and only want to have customers that are happy. We are sure you will love it!

Is a credit card required for the free tier?

No, Shipbook's free tier does not require a payment method to sign up.

Do I pay per app or per member?

No, plans are per account. You can have an unlimited number of members and apps within one account, but the log volume limit applies to the account as a whole.
