You have one account to do it all. In this one account you can add an unlimited amount of members and apps in the preferences menu.

Account Details
Under ‘General’, provide your account name, and your company details: name, address, phone, tax ID, and accountant or billing contact e-mail. Be sure to fill out the accurate information as it will be used in your invoice. Your company location is important as it may impact applicable tax rates.
